Returns & Refunds — Smith Slats

1. Return window

Returns are accepted for 30 days after delivery on orders placed at smithslats.com.

2. Conditions

• Unused and uncut, never installed;
• in the original packaging;
• with the order number.

Installed, glued or cut panels are not returnable unless defective.

3. Requesting a return

Write to contact@smithslats.com. We answer within one business day with the return address. Parcels sent without a return request may be refused.

4. Return postage

Customer-paid for change-of-mind returns; paid by us when the item was damaged, defective or not what you ordered.

5. Refund timing

After inspection we confirm the refund by email and return the funds to the original payment method (allow 5–10 business days for your bank). Express shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Damage or defects

Report within 7 days of delivery, with photos, for a free replacement or full refund.
