Placing an order

Adding items to your cart and paying at checkout is a request to buy. We accept it when we send the order confirmation email. If an item cannot be supplied, or a price was shown in error, we may cancel the order and refund the full amount.

Prices and taxes

The amount you pay is the total shown at checkout. Where import duties or local taxes are not collected at checkout, the recipient pays them on delivery.

Product appearance

Wood veneer is a natural material. Grain and tone differ from panel to panel and from what you see on screen.

Delivery and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these conditions.

Your responsibilities

Please give accurate contact and delivery details and do not misuse the site, attempt fraud or interfere with its operation.

Photos, text and design on this site belong to Smith Slats or are used with permission and may not be copied without our written consent.

Outside services

Payments and deliveries are handled by third-party providers that apply their own terms.
